Setup

Three minutes to first sync

Buy a license or use an invite key, register, link Vantage, press Sync. Your network is browsable on desktop or phone.

Buy a license (Stripe) or use a key from your admin. Register from any browser.

Step 2

Link Vantage & Sync

Account → enter your IB portal email and password (encrypted on the server, read-only sync). Press Sync — tree, funding, trades, and rebates download automatically. Live step labels show what is being crawled — no client secrets.

Step 3

Browse your network

Open Network, search by name or UID, click anyone for details. Sync again when you want fresh numbers — incremental updates are fast.

FAQ

Before you sign up

Your Vantage IB partner portal email and password — the back office where you see your tree and rebates. Not MT4/MT5 trading logins, not card or bank details.
Sync only uses IB report pages and reporting APIs — network tree, funding history, trades/lots, rebates, and balances you already see in the portal. The app cannot withdraw, deposit, transfer funds, trade, open client accounts, or change portal settings; those paths are not built into the software. Deposits and withdrawals shown here are historical figures from portal reports, not payments we trigger.
Encrypted on the server (AES-256-GCM). Used only when you press Sync or save credentials under Account — not shared with other users. Update it under Account when you change it on Vantage. Change your Vantage password on the portal anytime to stop automated sync immediately.
IBCensus username and password — who can open your dashboard and start sync. Vantage portal login — separate, encrypted, used only for read-only pulls when you sync or verify under Account.
Not logged into your portal 24/7 — only during Sync or when you verify credentials under Account. Between syncs, numbers are a snapshot from your last successful run.
Two-factor: press Sync again and enter the code in the dialog on the dashboard (about 60 seconds) — you can keep 2FA on. Captcha or Cloudflare: complete the check in the Edge window if it stalls. Still stuck? Temporarily disable 2FA on Vantage, sync once, turn it back on, or ask whoever runs this instance.
Same portal reports. Timing, date filters, and funding-only rows can explain small differences between a portal total and your network view.

Yes. Separate accounts can each link their own Vantage data. Ask your admin how access is set up on this instance.
One row per Sub-IB in your tree: clients in their full downline (including nested Sub-IBs), new signups in the period you pick, who traded vs not, idle %, lots, rebate, last signup, and coloured flag tags. Use 7, 30, or 90 day windows and sort by needs attention, most idle, fewest signups, or lowest lots. Expand inactive clients to see who has not traded in that window.
Quick health hints — for example idle book (most clients did not trade in the period), no signups, hot signups (three or more new clients), active or steady books, or empty (no downline yet). Hover a tag in the app for the full explanation. Flags are based on synced trade and census data, not portal logins.
